Nozzle Adjusting :

2. Adjust the nozzle angle: Ensure that the spray angle of the nozzle is suitable for the coating object, and avoid excessively vertical spraying, which may cause the coating to directly impact the substrate.
3. Reduce spraying pressure: If a pneumatic system is used, reducing the spraying pressure appropriately can reduce the impact force of the coating, thereby reducing splashing.
4. Increase the coating speed appropriately: Increasing the coating speed can reduce the residence time of the coating on the substrate, thereby reducing the possibility of splashing.
5. Choose the appropriate nozzle type: Based on the coating and application requirements, choose the appropriate nozzle type, such as a nozzle with better atomization effect.
